Technical Experience

  • Planned and delivered strategic engagement activities for transport projects across the Western Region (Ballarat) as Manager Communications and Stakeholder Engagement for Regional Roads Victoria/Department of Transport.

  • Secretariat for Community Consultation Groups for large infrastructure projects

  • Led a team of three to deliver major road projects as Communications and Stakeholder Engagement Manager, Major Projects Metro Central, South and East with VicRoads.

  • Prepared the overarching Communications and Stakeholder Engagement Plan and planned and moderated the department’s first virtual town hall meeting for the State Government’s Bacchus Marsh Eastern Link Road project.

  • Conceptualised COVID-19 safe interactive community engagement activities and carried out stakeholder identification and analysis for the Bacchus Marsh Eastern Link Road project.

  • Carried out Community and Stakeholder Engagement activities for VicRoads’ $13 million Young Street Improvement works as part of the Frankston Station Precinct Redevelopment, managing contractor engagement staff and drafting Business As Usual campaign collateral, developing all project collateral, including webpage, project updates, newsletters, information bulletins, factsheets, print and social media advertising, key messages and Q&As, and liaised with ministerial advisors and local government representatives.

  • Facilitated Maldon Mining’s Environment Review Committee (ERC).
