Jane is a highly accomplished community and landowner engagement professional who has excellent communication and project management skills. Jane is adept at managing landowner and stakeholder relations and has facilitated community drop-in sessions, liaised with communities, undertaken landowner engagement and effectively managed issues, resulting in successfully achieving objectives.

Qualified 

Bachelor of Architecture, Advanced Diploma of Building Design (Architecture), Membership of the Australian Institute of Valuers and Land Economists, Bachelor of Business (Property), Department of Business, Marketing, Logistics and Property, RMIT, Borealis and Conflict De-escalation and Emotional Resilience.

Connected 

Jane effectively engages with and embraces  all levels of community whether farmers, CEOs or politicians regardless of whether they are supportive or an adversary to a project and/or issue. 

Technical Experience

  • Supported the Western Victoria Transmission Network Project to provide much needed capacity upgrades to the network to unlock renewable resources in the region and maximise local productivity. Activities included:

    • Undertaking one-on-one meetings with landowners and securing access

    • Meeting with local community at drop-in sessions 

    • Planning community drop-in sessions

    • Briefing and managing stakeholders 

    • Recording and managing feedback

    • Helping to communicate key messages

  • Provides landowner and community engagement support for renewable energy projects.

  • Documents architectural planning and design of residential and commercial structures.

  • Liaises with vendors and contractors to incorporate their input into building design and also devises the overall strategy for documentation and identifies design sets for each stage of work. The role requires high level project management, communication, time management and stakeholder liaison skills.

  • Responsible for researching land, property and market values to complete property valuations for various clients including banks, legal firms, government organisations and private clients.
