Lucy is an accomplished and motivated communicator with extensive experience in organic social media marketing and training, creative content development, influencer marketing management and event coordination/styling. She has spent the last six years promoting Ballarat and Western Victoria through her quarterly publication Uncover Magazine both in print and on digital platforms. With a background in graphic design, she has the added skill of being able to create and roll out, striking visual content for all communication platforms. Her experience in events includes micro-occasions, charity luncheons, weddings and large-scale public and private corporate functions and retreats.

  • Four years of delivering corporate and public events for Ballarat Turf Club - some 1000+ guests.

  • Event coordination and styling for charity functions including annual Melbourne Cup Luncheons and Biggest Ever Blokes Lunch.

  • Five years’ experience in event coordinating, styling and on-day management of weddings.

  • Developed and managed 12-month tourism campaign for Clunes, Talbot, and Creswick in regional Victoria with a focus on influencer marketing and social media marketing.

  • Developed and implemented social media marketing and content marketing training workshops for regional Victorian Bendigo Bank branches.

  • Developed tourism itineraries for Ballarat, Portland, the Pyrenees, and the Grampians to be published in print and digitally.
