Michele has 20 years’ leadership experience in the education and training sector, including six years in the eLearning space. A strategic thinker, Michele has worked in complex matrix organisational structures developing, guiding and mentoring training managers to build rapport, improve customer service, navigate workplace dynamics and lead teams. As a spokesperson and presenter, she has delivered programs in Melbourne, London, Paris, Seoul, Tokyo, New York, Los Angeles, and San Francisco.

Leadership Development Programme (Melbourne Business School), Conflict De-escalation and Emotional Resilience, Bachelor of Arts (Hons) languages and psychology, Engagement Certificate and a Masters in Translation and Interpreting.

As the business development lead at Premier Strategy, Michele works with clients in the energy sector, natural resources, infrastructure, health, and government, providing expert relationship management and strategic guidance to clients. She has a strong knowledge of the corporate landscape after working in a senior role in a multinational company and developing her own successful and innovative business. Based in western Victoria, but having worked around the globe, she offers her clients local knowledge and world-class service.

Technical Experience
Assists Premier Strategy Director in strategic business direction and operational management and identifies and implements creative and forward-thinking revenue-generating initiatives.
Worked as Head of Retail Training and Development at Aesop, a global skincare company, to successfully design, implement and monitor a new retail consultant program that was rolled out globally to over 2,000 consultants with the aim of improving product and organisational knowledge, key selling skills and relationship building capability and which resulted in a 30% uplift in sales.
Established and maintained training metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and presented and facilitated information and training sessions at Aesop.
Led and managed up to 10 staff as Director of CDMSystems, a start-up eLearning organisation.
Conceptualised, designed, developed, implemented, moderated, reviewed and evaluated an online educational game (Grammatikus) that was used in schools across Australia.
Designed, developed and implemented training resources for teaching staff who use Grammatikus including induction programs, videos, online workshops, training manuals, user guides, Skype meetings, in-house meetings, phone conferences and online support.
Project-managed IT team to develop two educational games for the Immunisation Awareness Initiative of Grampians Regional Department of Health.
