Her experience blends communication and stakeholder engagement with governance and project management, as well as managing and motivating teams. She is adept at influencing and bringing together internal and external stakeholders including government bodies, educational institutions, and community groups to achieve project outcomes.

Having managed a team of over 20 consultants at GHD, Molly is in her element winning business, maintaining excellent client relationships and managing team utilisation and budgets with a high level of accountability.
