Odette is a strategic thinking professional with over 15 years of experience in community engagement, public consultation and strategic communication across government, private and not-for-profit sectors.​ Odette has led engagement and consultation programs across the project life cycle, from feasibility to construction and commissioning. She is passionate about delivering early, genuine, and inclusive engagement to drive long-term project outcomes for clients and the community.
