Technical Experience

  • Principal stakeholder engagement advisor for CEO, executives and project staff for AEMO on the Western Victorian Transmission Network Project (WVTNP).

  • Managed and continuously reviewed the WVTNP Stakeholder Management Plan and contractual requirements concerning stakeholder engagement activities, including developing AEMO’s first formal complaints handling process.

  • Project management, review and approval of all communications and media collateral for the WVTNP for AEMO.

  • Responsible for conflict management and de-escalation, resulting in resolved and restored relationships with key stakeholders on the WVTNP.

  • Stakeholder Engagement Stream Lead for the Victoria to New South Wales Interconnector West (VNI West) Regulatory Investment Test for Transmission (RIT-T) and Senior Stakeholder Engagement Advisor for the Western Victoria Transmission Network Project (WVTNP).

  • Led day-to-day AEMO stakeholder engagement and account management services to stakeholders relating to VNI West and the WVTNP, including contractors, Government bodies, regulators, local Councils/authorities, community groups, and landowners as required.

  • Developed and implemented the stakeholder engagement strategies and plans for VNI West and the WVTNP.

  • Responsible for coordinating and managing The Australian Competition and Consumer Commission (ACCC) SCAMWatch website, including drafting SCAMwatch radars and alerts and supporting key stakeholders regarding scam-related consumer information.

  • Creation of educational ‘Internet shopping explained: In memes!’ and ‘Outsmart the Scammers’ videos produced with ABC’s The Checkout for the ACCC.

  • Senior Project Officer on the Consumer Guarantees Campaign, ACCC. Including the development of Indigenous-specific campaign collateral and extensive stakeholder engagement with key consumer, business, government, and industry bodies.
